Incoming guests
Rooms are not ready for incoming guests until 3pm and must be taken up by 8pm
Should you arrive early luggage can be left at the premises by prior arrangement only
Please note we are unable to accept arrivals after 8pm without prior arrangement.
If you have not taken up your reservation by 8pm we will treat this booking as cancelled
Cancellation in we require a minimum 7 days notice of any cancellation or you will be charged in full for your stay
In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let your booking, however, if the accommodation remains
unoccupied we may retain your full deposit and ask for further payment to compensate for our loss.
For you protection we strongly recommend you insure yourself against any such loss
We reserve the right to refuse admission if you or any of your group’s presence causes damage or is an encumbrance to
ourselves or other guests.
Departure
To allow us time to service the accommodation ready for new arrivals, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate
your room by 10am, We hope we have your help and understanding on this matter.(Later accepted on Hastings ½
marathon for runners)
